Secure Key Cabinets are the easiest and safest place to keep your keys. Each key is connected to the control panel by a stainless steel holder with an electronic ID. The cabinet always “knows” where your keys are and it also creates log files and reports with time stamps of when and for how long a key has been used. You can also manage your Key Cabinet remotely via a smartphone app that gives an access code to the user for specific keys.

Key management has never been more secure and versatile. Smart electronic key management systems secure, manage and audit the use of every key. Only authorized staff are allowed access to the custom key cabinets and only then, to the designated keys. The system also provides a full audit trail log of who took a key, when it was taken and when it was returned back to the Cabinet.

WIRED & WIRELESS LOCKSETS

You can choose between wired and wireless locksets to make sure that you have the security you need. Wired locksets require the cable connection to the cabinet and they can be operated via local access control. Wireless locksets are connected to the access control via WiFi and can be operated from anywhere, even via a smartphone app.

SOFTWARE

Use advanced software to manage your Key Cabinet and your keys. Through specialized platforms you can set a time period for key use, log and file key activity and assign keys to users. All activity, reports and log files are available to you live, or at the end of the day.
